Shows

This is one of the three pillars on which the Berkshire Riding Centre Ltd has been built. We have been running affiliated British dressage shows at the Centre for 11 years. We have also run affiliated BSJA shows – Rosie Lord is an qualified BSJA course builder. Finally we run a restricted number of unaffiliated shows.

We have good facilities on which to run shows. Normally the competition is held on the out door arena and competitors warm up in the indoor school.

All surfaces are top quality (see facilities page ) and we have a large hard parking area for trucks, trailers and cars on show days, close to the competition area.

On show days you enter by our Winkfield Lane entrance directly into the car park. The car park is gated and for safety reasons we ask all competitors to ensure the entrance gate is opened and then closed when they come in. We operate a double door system, whereby the main wooden gates remain open during show days, and the metal cross gate is open and closed as needed.

We are now well recognised as an efficient but friendly & helpful Centre for shows. We are well organised, the show schedule is computerised and events happen on time. We try to be flexible with your timing needs within show schedules, recognising the pressures on family and work life. Where we can be flexible we will be.

We have a strong roster of outstanding judges who come to the Centre. They enjoy the Centre and the shows we run and recognise the professionalism of the Centre’s show management. In turn we appreciate all their time, dedication and professionalism.

For times call between 12pm - 2pm on the Wednesday before the show in question on 01344-883331.

NB for unaffiliated shows use standard BD forms, CLEARLY mark them unaffiliated, fee is same as affiliated.

We often will take late entries with a £2 per class late fee element. Send in with credit card details by fax 01344-893424, or scan to info@brc.uk.com .
